By accessing this website and/or purchasing any product, program, or subscription offered by Jordan Cheyenne (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Purchase Agreement.

Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to all products and services without notice or refund.

 

3. Access to Digital Products

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Company’s digital products, including but not limited to video content, audio materials, journals, meditations, video trainings, and downloadable resources.

Access is granted immediately via email upon successful purchase. 

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without prior notice.

 

4. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that the Company makes no guarantees regarding any specific results, outcomes, or earnings. 

All results achieved by clients are dependent on individual factors including, but not limited to, personal effort, consistency, mindset, and application of the materials.

You accept full responsibility for your results, or lack thereof.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent from the Company.

 

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

 

7. Subscription & Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a subscription-based product:

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription directly through your account.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing your billing settings.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least three (3) days prior to your renewal date.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next cycle, and no refunds will be issued.

The Company is not responsible for cancellations requested via email, social media, or any method outside of the designated account cancellation process.

 

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the company to attempt resolution.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • The Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to all products and services.
  • You agree to be responsible for any fees incurred by the Company as a result of the dispute, including administrative and processing fees.
  • The Company reserves the right to provide proof of this agreement, your access to the product, and your acceptance of these Terms to the payment processor.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the products or services.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the products or violation of these Terms.

 

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to any products or services at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
